‘The whole notion of ethno-nationalism is a left-wing idea’

NO COMPARISON: On observations from the Mainstream Media comparing Donald Trump to Adolf Hitler. On the other side of the aisle, if you think of Hitler, Hitler wasn’t even talking about immigrants, the Jews in Germany were German citizens. And so for Hitler, the distinction was inside of Germany what he considered to be the superior Nordics and the sort-of inferior Jews and so there’s simply no valid analogy there between Trump and Hitler on this racial point at all.” – Indian American political commentator, author and film maker Dinesh D’Souza. RED RACISM: “There is little doubt the far left is bent on turning Labour into a comfortable home for anti-Semites. The pretext is support for Palestinians. But all too many mask their feelings towards Jews by spouting high-minded twaddle about condemning all violence in the Middle East while making it all to clear that ‘evil Zionists’ are to blame. They ignore the Jihadi death cults who have murdered tens of thousands of their fellow Muslims.” – Former chairman of the Commission for Racial Equality Sir Trevor Phillips. TWO prominent commentators of ethnic backgrounds have accused left-wing ideologues of inventing ethno-nationalism terms to divide communities and ignoring genuine injustice.

Dinesh D’Souza, who has written the best-selling book, The Big Lie, was speaking to three  anchors of Fox News about the violence perpetrated by “white nationalists” at Charlottesville was staged by anti-fascist (Antifa) activists to provoke social unrest and pit communities against each other. The full interview can be found here.

Whilst Sir Trevor Phillips, former chairman of the Commission for Racial Equality, said the Labour Party’s halo on anti-racism had slipped badly in its treatment of the Jewish community and the victims of the sex grooming scandals in the north of England, who have included English, black, Sikh and Hindu victims.

“The media is drawing the lesson from Charlottesville that (Donald) Trump’s hateful racist rhetoric, is partly responsible for this. And Trump is accused of being like Hitler, making a racist attack on immigrants.

“The key point for Trump is distinguishing between legal immigrants and illegals. This is not a racial distinction at all. Remember the vast majority of legal immigrants to America are non-white.

“They come from Asia, Africa and South America. Trump has never said, not even implied, that he said that he wants to see legal immigration more white. He wants to see more people, for example, lets say more people come from England and Australia and fewer people let’s say for example, from India. He has never said that.

“On the other side of the aisle, if you think of Hitler, Hitler wasn’t even talking about immigrants, the Jews in Germany were German citizens.

“And so for Hitler, the distinction was inside of Germany what he considered to be the superior Nordics and the sort-of inferior Jews and so there’s simply no valid analogy there between Trump and Hitler on this racial point at all.

The anchor retorted: “When he talks about America First or Americanism, that is a dog-whistle term for white nationalism, what he really means is white people. What is your take on that?”

Mr D’Souza replied: “Mr Trump is arguing for an American nationalism, not a white nationalism. Let’s remember this whole notion of ethno-nationalism is a left-wing idea.

“The Democratic Party invented White Nationalism and they also invented Black Nationalism. Now interestingly today the way that the progressive democrats (and Labour) have constructed their multi-cultural totem pole, they encourage every form of ethno-nationalism except white nationalism.

“And so they encourage black Nationalism, Hispanic Nationalism, Asian Nationalism, but somehow white guys are not welcome at the multi-cultural picnic. That explains why these white nationalists, who really belong in the Democratic Party, are in a sense politically homeless because if they turn up to the multi-cultural picnic, they’re Satan!”

On the other side of the pond, Sir Trevor Phillips, former chairman of the Commission for Racial Equality wrote in The Daily Mail how the Labour movement put up with anti-Semitism and ignoring the female victims of the predominantly Muslim grooming gang scandals in the north of England.

Sir Trevor said: “I have written before in these pages about the scores of young girls betrayed by Labour councillors who turned a blind eye to the grooming gang scandals in Rochdale, Rotherham, and now Newcastle, so as to not offend their Muslim block vote.

“There is little doubt the far left is bent on turning Labour into a comfortable home for anti-Semites.

“The pretext is support for Palestinians. But all too many mask their feelings towards Jews by spouting high-minded twaddle about condemning all violence in the Middle East while making it all to clear that ‘evil Zionists’ are to blame. They ignore the Jihadi death cults who have murdered tens of thousands of their fellow Muslims.

“And they mutter about the Jewish state’s American sponsors and Jewish influence in the White House.”
