ANSWERS SOUGHT: The Corona Investigative Committee in Berlin headed by attorney Dr Reiner Fuellmich asked these three questions when taking evidence on the Covid-19 Pandemic as from 10 July of last year. “One is how dangerous is the virus really? The second one is how reliable is the Drosten PCR test and the third question is how much damage to the anti-corona measures do.”

A PROMINENT trial attorney has been describing a international class action lawsuit on national governments for “scientific fraud” in relation to the misrepresentation of facts regarding to the Covid-19 pandemic.
Dr Reiner Fuellmich is licensed to practise law in Germany and California in the United States is co-ordinating an international panel of attorneys to investigate whether or not medical fraud has been perpetuated throughout this pandemic.
‘Committee has taken evidence for past 11 months’
He has put together an international team of attorneys including compatriots Dr Viviane Fischer, Dr Justus Hoffman and Antonia Fischer and formed the Corona Investigative committee in Berlin.
Since 10 July 2020, the committee has been interviewing experts in immunology, virology, epidemiology and general medicine, economics, law, psychiatry and psychology and they include prominent figures such as former chief scientific advisor to Pfizer Dr Mike Yeadon, Professor Ulrike Kammerer of the University of Wurzburg and Professor Dolores Cahill of Dublin University.
‘It looks like Big Pharma has played a big role in this’
Dr Fuellmich said: “I was expecting our Government to come up with a committee or take a closer look at what was really going on but that wasn’t happening. That is when my wife decided ‘Reiner, we have to go back, you know how to deal with these people’ (she means fraudulent corporations), and at this point looking what had happened 11 years ago, it looked like the pharmaceutical industry was playing a big role in this.”
Being a busy person and putting the case together on what was going on, he took time out to speak to James Delingpole of Breitbart News on The Delingpod to explain what evidence there might be.
When he was staying with his wife in Northern California at his ranch there friends and relatives were calling him saying they were in “lockdown” as his property is very remote.
He was in contact with his friend Dr Wolfgang Wodarg who he claims was played an instrumental part in getting the swine flu epidemic under control 10 years ago.
‘There are three questions public want answered’
When the committee formed, there were three questions they thought the global public would be interested in getting the answer to.
Dr Fuellmich said: “One is how dangerous is the virus really? The second one is how reliable is the Drosden PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) test and the third question is how much damage do the anti-corona measures do?
“The last one is easy – it is like World War Three with the destruction of the middle class, all the small and medium-sized businesses. How dangerous is the virus? The WHO say it is no more dangerous than the common flu with a fatality rate of 0.14 per cent.
“We don’t know what kind of virus it is? The third question – how reliable is the PCR test is probably the key to everything.
Dr Fuellmich claims In January 2020 Professor Dr Christian Drosden, head of the administrative office for Global Health and Director Institute of Virology gave the test to the World Health Organisation.
‘PCR test was originally for scientific, not diagnostic use’
He said: “They hailed it as the ‘gold standard for detection on infections’ to the rest of the world, that’s why everyone is using this or used as a blueprint for their own tests.
“It was not invented by him, it was invented by a Nobel prize-winning scientist called Dr Carey Mullis. It is a perfect test, but it is for scientific purposes, not for diagnostic purposes, so that is the first one.
“Why is it being used for diagnostic purposes if it is not designed for that? Regardless of how you use the PCR test, it can never tell you anything about infections.
‘Above 24 cycles of amplification, the PCR test is useless’

“At 24 cycles of amplification, everyone agrees now it is useless, for example the public health agency in Frankfurt that anything beyond 24 cycles we don’t even look at. The thing is – regardless of how you use it – a PCR test can never tell you about infections because it cannot distinguish between live and dead matter.”
